  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey, breaking it up as it browns.
  3. Once turkey is golden, add onion, garlic, and peppers.
