Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 6 cups Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray.
  2. Layer potatoes evenly in the bottom of the crock.
  3. Top with sliced kielbasa.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour mixture over the potatoes and sausage.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Stir gently before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
